General product information

A double mat is a combination of two different mat boards, in different colours. The top mat is the main colour, the bottom mat is a complementary colour to give an enhanced appearance to your framed degree. Double mats are also available with the university emblem incorporated into the design.

We suggest you hang your degree out of direct sunlight, as some inks may fade over time even with UV protection.

Following are 4 simple steps to framing your own degree. Should you require more detailed information, download our framing guide
1. Remove backing by lifting metal tabs and removing matboard
2. Place invisible tape at the top back of the testamur
3. Place mat squarely over testamur
4. Return to frame, replace backing and push tabs down to secure

In most cases, we hold stock of popular lines to ensure customers can match frames as they attain more qualifications.

We are happy to have you visit the factory and talk to you in person about your framing requirements; however we don’t have full showroom facilities. It is a good idea to contact us, as we don’t want to miss you.

Your payment will be processed once your order has been made and is ready to be dispatched.

The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Jackson Frames pty ltd, Mona Vale.
