Design, manufacture and framing service

Client brief:
For their annual awards ceremony, our client requested that we design a certificate, incorporating their coloured logo. We were provided with the winners of each category in order to print the awards for framing.
Solution:
In consultation with the client, we developed an award design, using required fonts and the client logo. Awards were generated and printed by Jackson Frames. A suitable frame design was developed and manufactured to the client’s budget, and each award was framed. This order was delivered 3 days before schedule, to ensure the client was happy with the end result and ready to go on awards night!

Specialised mat design

Client brief:
Our client had very specific movie memorabilia requiring framing. These frames were for the retail market, and specific mat board cut outs were required.
Solution:
In close consultation with our client, we developed a number of options and samples. The client was able to choose the option that was most suitable, and this became their standard product line for re-ordering purposes. As new products were introduced this process was re-visited.
Jackson Frames was part of the initial product development process, helping our client realise their product vision.

 

Mail order solution & collaboration on service delivery

Client brief:
Our client was responsible for providing certification to businesses around the country. Jackson Frames were called on to provide both a framing and dispatch solution.
Solution:

Jackson Frames developed product sample for each type of certification. Samples were produced for each of our client’s offices to assist their customers in their frame selection. Certifications were bulk mailed to Jackson Frames, where they were framed and dispatched to the individual customers on behalf of our client. We developed a streamlined system for monthly ordering and invoicing, based on the demand of our client’s customer base. Each order was individually tracked.
